FHLsim Download Instructions (Please read carefully)
I would like to test out FHLsim to see if it works, so here are the detailed instructions about what you need to do.
1. Download the GM Editor
2. This file is in zipped format, so:
a) right click on the file
b) click extract all
c) click next
d) click browse and find the folder you want the GM editor to be in
e) click finish
3. Installing GM Editor
a) double click on the fhlbuild file
b) click run
c) click next, and allow it to install onto your computer
d) close the menu once it's finished installing
4. Download the Rosters
a) There are three rosters files, so please download them all to the same spot on your computer.
5. Open the GM Editor
a) find the folder that you extracted it into
b) double click on the file called GM Editor
6. Load the rosters
a) once your in the GM editor, click on file and load
b) find the folder you put your rosters into, and click on PHL.tms
7. Adjusting your lines
a) find your team and highlight it in blue
b) click on coach and then set lines
c) set your lines
8. Save your lines
a) click save lines
b) click ok when it asks you for a password because you don't have one
c) save your file as your team name (please do not change the name of the file, because my computer will not recognize it if you change the name. Even philly cannot change the name to Philadelphia, please just leave the name as it is)
9. Send an email to the commish with an attached lines file. Remember, the lines file should end with .lns
Please feel free to experiment with the lines and the rosters, and just try to figure out how it works. Please try to figure things out yourselves before asking me for help. If you have a problem that you can't resolve, your best bet might be to post it on the message board, and maybe I, or someone else, can help you.
