1) Once the commish tells you to come to this page, download the gmeditor and roster files and email the .lns file to the commish. If you are unsure of how to do it, step-by-step instructions are posted here.
2) Go to the message board and register as your team's name. i.e. the Flames register as CalgaryFlames. This is so that other owners know what team you control. Once you've registered, go to the general board and let everyone know that you are the new owner of whatever team it is that you've taken over
